charmed stay
early check-in supportive manager high standards
the early check-in surprised me. i arrived around 9:00 am, and the staff accommodated me. their kindness. the hotel managers were cooperative and supportive too. their attitude showed high standards.
the rooms lighting felt harsh. my bathroom was small and barely fit any toiletries. it lacked a city view. it faced another building.

steep steps dusty tea tray
The access to the hotel was difficult due to steep steps and a busy street location. The breakfast options seemed basic compared to other stays I had.. I also noticed the tea tray in the room was chipped and dusty, alongside tiny cups. The bathroom was too small. I had to duck during showers because the ceiling was low.

nice view central location amazing view
my room offered a VERY nice view of the Golden Horn. the hotel's location near Topkapi Palace aided exploration, as did its closeness to the Egyptian Market. the breakfast room had a amazing view, and the rooftop bar was also GREAT.

The beautiful room sea view included replenished water, coffee, and tea amenities daily. a refrigerator and a safe were available for use. Clean towels were replaced in the room everyday. the room was VERY well-equipped with all necessities.

The location was prime, directly across from sirkeci station, and a short walk from eminonu wharf. bus stops were also nearby, as was Sultanahmet. The closeness to public transportation made city exploration simple. MANY attractions are easily accessible.

fantastic central location and really good service!
prime location quick walk wonderful staff
The location was prime. Directly across from sirkeci station! it was a quick walk to eminonu wharf and bus stops. sultanahmet was also only a few minutes away on foot. the staff helped get me a taxi back to the airport! i would definitely stay again.
The furniture looked worn. some stains were visible on the headboard. the bathroom had a sewer-like smell. It was very small! it was not possible to leave any toiletries in there. the pictures made the place look nicer than it actually was.

steep steps uncalled-for envelope
access to the hotel proved very difficult. there were steep steps. also, the airport drop-off occurred in the middle of a very busy city street. i had to walk the rest of the way across the front of the busy station, then up steps into a lined side street. i did find an empty tip envelope in the drawer for housekeeping staff, which i felt was uncalled for.

all the staff were very kind. the hotel manager was cooperative and ensured my stay was perfect, such great service. the location is excellent. It is near restaurants and important attractions.
the rooms were a bit small, and i barely had enough space to walk around easily. the toilets were even smaller, less comfortable.
